Want to go the extra mile? Send us a video of you and/or your family telling us all about your mascot. Their name, interests, favourite food, or more!

How are the winners chosen?

We’ll be breaking down the winners into age groups and shortlisting our favourites from each group. Then we’ll be putting it to you, our followers, to vote on the new face of our Shelter!

What’s the prize?

Your design will be brought to life by Emma Woodthorpe, a local illustrator and children’s author, and will be used across our website and social channels.

Not only that, local photographer Hayley Gell will also be offering a family photo shoot, at a location of your choosing (within South Yorkshire). The shoot will include all of the edited photos and be delivered through an online gallery. This can be used when restrictions are eased, giving your family something to look forward to.

In addition, we will be offering the winners a choice of a gift voucher for the Lego shop or the Disney shop in Meadowhall.

In such difficult and isolating times, we believe that it’s more important than ever that we find ways to come together and deepen our roots with our friends, family, and communities.
