Peanut and his brother Pumpkin came to the shelter when their owner’s circumstances changed and they could no longer keep them.
Peanut is quite shy, but will warm to you when he gets to know you. He hasn’t been very happy at the shelter so we are hoping he can find a new home very soon. He likes cheek tickles and we know he likes to play with his toys when we’re not around!
Although Peanut came in with his brother Pumpkin, they haven’t been getting on very well here. Most of the time they ignore each other and sometimes they have a bit of a stand off. So currently we aren’t sure whether they need to be rehomed together or separately. We will continue to assess this.
Peanut has always been indoors, so will need to remain an indoor cat (unless you have a catio!) as he has no street sense.
Peanut wouldn’t be good with children or other animals, so a pet free, adult only home would be required.
If you think you could give Peanut the love and time he so desperately needs and deserves, please get in touch.
