We aim to start processing this within 48 hours, but we do work on a small number of staff so please bear with us at busy times. 

 

If you need to provide us with additional information, such as:

A written permission statement from your landlord or the homeowner (if this is not you) agreeing that you can keep a cat at the premises

Vaccination and neuter status for current pets (this can be obtained from your vet)

Additional photos of your home to show where items such as litter trays, feeding area and sleeping area will be for the cat (including a garden if applicable)
