We aim to start processing this within 48 hours, but we do work on a small number of staff so please bear with us at busy times. 

If you need to provide us with additional information, such as:

• A written permission statement from your landlord or the homeowner (if this is not you) agreeing that you can keep a cat at the premises

• Vaccination and neuter status for current pets (this can be obtained from your vet)

• Additional photos of your home to show where items such as litter trays, feeding area and sleeping area will be for the cat (including a garden if applicable)
