We’re launching our first ever charity fashion show, and we would love to share the details with you! The Kitty Catwalk will be taking place on Saturday 25th November from 3 until 5.30 at the Skyline Suite at Ponds Forge. We aim to promote sustainable fashion whilst raising funds and awareness for our cat charity.
Participants in the Kitty Catwalk will form teams of 2 or more people. You will create outfits using clothing bought at charity shops (they could be from our charity shops at Hillsborough or Ecclesall Road or from other charity shops), and you can adapt or accessorise the clothing as you see fit to create fun, stylish or spectacular outfits! On the day you will arrive for one o’clock for a special photo shoot and later you’ll take to the catwalk at the Skyline Suite to show off your creations! There will be prizes for most creative outfits, judges choice and supporters choice. To book a slot on our catwalk click on the button below!
Supporters are welcomed from 3pm with a bar, live music and a charity raffle with prizes including a kitty grab bag. Supporters will be choosing their favourite outfits. It will be a fun afternoon with a serious message. Spaces are limited, so make sure you don’t miss out – book your tickets now by clicking the button below! There is no set fee so please be generous – all money raised from tickets helps our cats in need.
Travis, our famous mascot, will also be taking to the catwalk in an outfit designed and created from repurposed cat food pouches.
